1、After the butter melts at room temperature, stir, add 115g sugar powder, and continue to stir evenly

2、Add 30g egg liquid, pour in 300g low gluten flour and 2G salt after sieving and mix well

3、Knead the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin, then wrap it with a plastic wrap and refrigerate it for 1 hour

4、Take it out of the refrigerator and put it for about five minutes. Cut out the desired shape with a fruit knife or mold

5、Put it in the oven and bake for 10-13 minutes at 180 ℃ (my Heidegger oven depends on the temperature of the oven, you can take it out when you see it has been colored.)

6、Take out the biscuits and cool them. Melt the chocolate in water. Dye the melted chocolate into the color you like. Put it into a small decorative bag and squeeze it into the biscuits with the shape you want (it’s better to buy cocoa butter instead of cocoa butter)
